When intervention is necessary, Dr. Ashorobi utilizes advanced stone clearance techniques—including laser lithotripsy, ESWL (extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy), CVAC aspiration, and Dornier ureteral access sheaths. These approaches are designed to promote a sooner recovery and minimize post-procedural pain with appropriate non-narcotic medications to minimize the need for opioids.
